7/22下單後,馬上發現地址miss掉街名,只剩巷弄號...@@

馬上發mail給客服告知此狀況(前後沒有三分鐘吧),由於時差的關係,客服在他們7/23上班時間回了信,內容如下:
We have submitted the new address as an address change request. It is possible it still ships to your original address on file, if we cannot change the address before the warehouse ships it.
我想說在這麼立即的情況下,應該就沒問題了,結果7/24又接到他們的mail,內容如下:
We are contacting you in regards to the request we received to
change/update the shipping address on order number 8874056xxx. We regret to inform you we were unsuccessful in changing/updating the address. Due to the speed of our order processing system, it is difficult to revise the shipping information once an order has been submitted. Your order will be shipped to the address specified when ordering.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
接到信的當下,其實心裡有點不爽,因為order中,有些由倉庫到配送中心需1-2個工作天,所以怎麼可能我的order單地址會無法變更?因為根本order上沒有我的街名,所以絕對不可能收到的,到時候一定是退件,不然就等著快遞公司call我,既然MLB已說改變不了,我只好洩氣兼失望的等快遞公司連絡我的那一天..........
以往訂貨從下訂到收到,包含時差問題,約莫22-23天會收到商品,既然這次等快遞公司連絡,那就不用過著數饅頭的日子了.......
8/13七夕那天,回到家管理員call我,告訴我有國外的包裹,我滿心懷疑是誰寄的,到管理室一看....... OMG~~~~ Unbelievable......竟然看到MLB的商品躺在管理室裡,而且並沒接到快遞公司的電話,真是太神奇了~~~~
我不知道MLB是否主動再連繫了台灣的快遞公司?或者台灣的快遞公司找了我以前的資料送了過來,總之我真是太意外了~~~~所以也決定寫了這一篇感謝文,來謝謝當中任一個幫忙了這件case的人員~~~謝謝您們曾經做過的努力~~~
